Aiming to extend the scope on providing information about industrial parks, extrapolated to an international sphere and with similar purpose of the Global Find project, ie, a service that meets the need to identify solutions to business location, aicep Global Parques has created Fiches for Countries.
This project, developed in partnership with the main shareholder aicep Global Portugal, aims to provide some location hypotheses for companies that wish to fix or seeking information about possible logistics and industrial locations in other countries.
The project began in a continuous effort of knowledge increase. Thus selected for its starting four target markets where young graduates in the program Contact INOV worked in its construction by collecting the avalable information.
Is important to emphasize the academic nature of this research work, and the difficulties faced in collecting data, whereby some Fiches for Countries are limited in the available data.
Scope
It was intended to provide, in similar the Global Find project, the location of industrial parks with available lots or not infrastructured areas, reserved for industrial use. Thus, for each country are included informations as socio-demographic, economic activity, development hubs and centers of learning.
Regarding the identified park, is provided information about its social and economic environment, the port, road, rail and airports accesses, residential centers and such as the utilities of the park.
